Flex High School/ College Sports Performance

Attention Athletes! In response to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, we' ve moved all of our training programs online to keep you working toward your goals! This is NOT just a cookie cutter online program! We've been hard at work designing a comprehensive training program that will help you become the best version of yourself while practicing social distancing. All workouts can be performed AT HOME, with little or no equipment!

Our Remote Training programs include:

- 5 Comprehensive workouts/ week on our TrainHeroic app, with video demos and coaching tips!

- Exclusive access to a members only Instagram Page, that will include LIVE Coaching sessions at least 3x/ week!

- Check-ins from your personal Next Level Mentor Coach, 2x/ week

- Weekly LIVE Zoom Q&A Meetings with Next Level Coaches and other members!

- Daily Lifestyle tips on our @NextLevelRochester Instagram and Facebook pages!

At Next Level, we understand how hectic the life of an elite athlete can be. We're excited to announce a flexible training option built for the busy HS, College and Pro athlete, without sacrificing our high standard of quality. The FLEX Sports Performance program combines individualized programming and close guidance from our team of certified strength coaches, with the ability to create your own schedule each week!

Let's Break It Down!

FLEX Sports Performance:

  • Flexible scheduling each week around your availability
  • Individualized programming based on your sport(s), goals, experience, in-season vs. off-season and more
  • Each workout will be under the close guidance of certified strength coaches
  • A Functional Screening/ Goal Setting Consultation will take in advance to maximize results
  • All Flex Athletes will receive a Next Level Dryfit Shirt and Detailed Nutrition/ Lifestyle Guidelines!

Target Group:  HS/ College/ Pro (All Sports)

* 8th grade athletes may be accepted on an individual basis. Contact us to learn more.
