  • Develop leadership skills, breakaway speed, ankle breaking agility, explosive power and raw strength that can be applied to all sports!
  • Individualized programming based on your sport(s), goals, experience, in-season vs. off-season and more!
  • Flexible scheduling, pick the group that works best for you!
  • Train under the close guidance of the area’s top certified strength coaches!
  • All Flex Athletes will receive:
    • Personal Action Plan Meeting (PAP)
    • Nutrition and Lifestyle Resources
    • Next Level Swag Bag, including a NL Dryfit Shirt 
  • All state and local COVID-19 guidelines will be strictly enforced at all times to keep our athletes and staff safe!
