At Next Level, we understand how hectic the life of an elite athlete can be. We are excited to announce a flexible training option built for the busy HS, College and Pro athlete, without sacrificing our high standard of quality. Our FLEX Sports Performance program combines individualized programming and close guidance from our team of certified strength coaches, with the ability to create your own schedule each week!

Let's Break It Down!

FLEX Sports Performance:

  • Flexible scheduling based on athletes weekly availability
  • Individualized programming based on sport, goals, experience, in-season vs. off-season and more
  • Each athlete will receive a FREE Functional Movement Screen and pre-screening interview prior to beginning the program
  • Athletes will perform each workout under the supervision of a certified strength coach (a full warm-up will be required at the beginning of each session)
  • A Next Level coach will be available to provide feedback, answer questions and demo exercises at all times

It is MANDATORY that Athletes create their schedule one week in advance for planning purposes and to increase accountability! 


Flex Sports Performance Schedule:

  • M,T,W,TH,F: 3-5pm
  • M,W: 7-8:30pm
  • Sat: 10:30am-12:00pm

FLEX Athletes can attend any session offered each week (up to 4x/ week).
