Clinics and Camps

Summer Pre-Season Conditioning Camp

Each hour-long workout will consist of:

  • Mobility and flexibility in a comprehensive warmup
  • Competitive speed and agility drills 
  • Age/skill appropriate strength exercises in a circuit/relay fashion
  • Daily conditioning, alternating between energy systems and implements used (sleds, shuttles, team games)

Four Days:

  1. Monday 8/6
  2. Tuesday 8/7
  3. Wednesday 8/8
  4. Thursday 8/9

Middle School Athletes

  • Noon-1pm

High School Athletes

  • 1-2pm


  • $20/workout
  • $70 all four days
