Summer JV/Varsity Sports Performance Training Sessions

Our JV/Varsity level offerings include 3 day and 2 day/ week options. This program is appropriate for High School level athletes that would like to develop the critical components of performance for most major sports, including mobility, injury prevention, functional strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, energy system specific conditioning and much more! The general sports performance program will be modified for each athlete to meet their specific needs based on individualized goals, ability level and pre-screening results. Skill development and refinement will be a primary focus of each session to maximize training results and safety.

Section 2 - 7/14 to 8/18 (Prorated partial participating packages for Fall Varsity athletes only)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30- 1:00pm

$505/ 6 Week Section

Session B 2 Days/Week
90 Mins/Session
Tuesday, Thursday 5:00- 6:30pm
