Summer Middle School Sports Performance Training Sessions

This program is designed to introduce the fundamentals of functional strength training and performance to young athletes between the ages of 10-14. Our team of experienced coaches will introduce the foundations of functional movement and performance with an emphasis on skill development and FUN! Each session will include developmentally appropriate and research based training methods to maximize safety and training results. Athletes will experience noticeable performance gains due to improved core and postural strength, body control, coordination and much more!
