Flex Sports Performance Training (HS/College/Pro)

Program Description

Our team of certified Strength Coaches will design an individualized off-season training program for each athlete based on functional needs, specific goals and other considerations, in order to decrease the risk of injury and maximize performance.
Each session will include a comprehensive movement prep, power, speed/ agility, strength and conditioning, under the close guidance of a qualified coach.
Flex Sports Performance will also include:

  • 1 on 1 Personal Action Plan Meeting (PAP)
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidelines to maximize progress and recovery
  • Weekly performance testing to monitor readiness and track progress
  • Personalized TrainHeroic account to monitor daily readiness and track performance gains
  • Push Band velocity based training technology
  • Next Level Swag Bag and Gear!

Target Group

Current HS, College and Pro athletes (ALL SPORTS!)
* Advanced 8th graders accepted on individual basis

Summer Programs Start 6/5!

  • Flex SP Summer AM: T,TH 11:45-1
    • 8 Weeks (weeks of 6/26-8/14)
    • Off 7/4, Make-up 7/7
    • Afternoon/ evening Flex athletes CAN move to the AM session starting 6/27.
  • Flex SP 1: M,W 3:45-5:00p
  • Flex SP 2: T,TH 3:45-5:00p
  • Flex SP 3: M,W 7:15-8:30p
  • Flex SP 4: T,TH 7:15-8:30p
  • Flex Speed & Agility:

    • SAT 10-11a

    • Speed & Agility sessions are open to all HS athletes!

    • Attend single sessions, or register for a 4 week block and save!

    •  Sessions will include a wide range of training methods and data collection, such as vertical jump and sprint testing, sleds, competitive change of direction drills and much more!
