Personal Action Plan Meeting PAP

"A Goal without a plan is just a wish."

Don’t waste your time by following random training programs that aren’t directly connected to your goals! We take pride in offering individualized training programs to meet the specific needs of each athlete and adult member! In order to maximize results, personal goals and a detailed action plan must be mapped out in advance!

The purpose of our Personal Action Plan meeting is to:

  • Identify personal goals and discuss your WHY
  • Discuss training preferences and options to increase autonomy in your journey
  • Review individualized needs such as training experience, injury/ medical history, availability and more
  • Discuss important Nutrition and Lifestyle guidelines that will drastically influence your progress
  • Create a personalized action plan that will take you to the Next Level!

PAP meeting details:

  • PAP meetings will be 30 min long
  • $25 will be charged prior to the meeting
    • This $25 will be applied to your first package if you decide to register
  • Email to schedule your PAP meeting!
    • You may schedule your FREE trial training session before, or after your PAP meeting
  • Add an optional 30 minute functional movement screening for an additional $25!
