We offer a wide range of General Fitness training programs, including Private 1 on 1 Personal Training, Private Small Group Training, ROOTS Group Functional Strength Training Classes, Open Gym Hours, Corporate Wellness Programs and more! ROOTS Group General Fitness

  • Early morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday classes available!
  • Strong emphasis on COMMUNITY to increases motivation, teamwork and support!
  • Safe, FUN and challenging for ALL ability levels and ages!

Private Training

  • Small Group (2-6 Clients) OR 1:1 Personal Training
  • Make your own schedule!

Functional Movement Screen

  • Schedule a FREE FMS Today ($75 value)!
  • Based on Assessment, a recommended plan of action will be provided
  • Evaluate muscle imbalances, deficiences, and weakness 

Open Gym

  • Use NL facility for independent workouts, to roll/ stretch, practice skills, or use cardio equipment!
  • Must be with an adult if under 16

Program Design/ Nutrition Consultation Services

  • Extensive pre-screening process to design a comprehensive training program to meet your specific needs and goals.

Mental Training and Team Building Services
