Program Design
Each client will go through an extensive pre-screening process, which will include a Body Fat Percentage Analysis, Skill and Physical Performance Testing, Functional Movement Screen and a detailed interview with one our experienced Coaches to discuss fitness goals and lifestyle changes. We will use this information to design a comprehensive training program that will be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. A block of Private 1 on 1 training sessions will be scheduled to teach and refine the Functional Strength Training exercises that will be required to perform the training program independently. Your coach will set challenging, but achievable benchmark goals to hold you accountable. You will meet with your Coach on a regular basis to learn and refine new skills and to discuss your overall progress.
